Annoyed

I'm really annoyed with myself right now. Here's why:

I'm not writing enough. They say that to get better at writing you need to write every single day. Well let me tell you now that it's not every single day for me, and that's annoying just by itself.
I don't get out enough. It seems all I do now is work; and when I'm not working I'm trying to relax in anticipation for my next shift. I don't go outside anymore, I don't observe things, therefore my writing has downturned into the same old cliched crap.
Every time I start a new story, I don't finish it. For example, my novel, that I was raving about it previous posts. I haven't even touched it for almost two months now, right at the beginning of Chapter 5 I dumped it to write House FanFiction. Great.

So I'm thinking I need a drastic writing and life overhall here. For someone who wants to be a published writer it's not looking so good right now.

This writer's block doesn't really help a writer in a writer's block by the way, knowing because I am a writer. But I'll admit it's entertaining. Okay, here's my list:

House: House/Cuddy and House/Wilson do have a chemistry and it would please a lot of shippers! Lol
Battlestar Galactica: President Roslin/President Adar. I miss them *sniff*.
NCIS: McGee/Abbey and Gibbs/Abbey and Ziva/DiNozzo
CSI: Grissom/Sara. Yes, I know they were together but they should come back! Much like Adar and Roslin above.

It's the next day and I'm on the internet again. Surprised? I'm not. Ha ha!
Well last time I was on (yesterday remember?), I told you I was writing a novel. I'm 17 right now and this is the first full length novel I have ever written so don't expect it to be that good. I'm excited though!! It's about a quirky killer named Hugh Wolfe who finally breaks after murdering a clerk at an Information Centre and goes on a serious killing spree across America until he tries to cross the border to Canada. Except he's not like other killers. Hugh finds love, a feeling incapable to most known psychotics. Now he's on a mission to save himself from the Feds and keep the one he loves.
Well, you guys can comment and tell me what you think of the initial plot idea. It began as an assessment in my English class and continued when one of my friends demanded me too! Lol.
So, I did what I promised. Don't say I didn't!!

A Random Rant

Well I've been sitting on the computer at the local library on a timed period of about 53 minutes. It's the last seven minutes now and so I feel like adding a post to my journal. I've been trolling sites I'm registered on, placing my opinions here and there and making a general neausiance of myself. Which is fun!! My barin continues to pound away saying
Write something woman! You know you're dying to continue your novel!
So I might go home and do that soon. But hey I better get my money's worth. Well, let's make that my brother's money. Let's just say he owes me, K? ;)
I can't really type all that fast and time is gaining on me. The adrenalin achieved by this is GREAT by the way. And so I will leave this post and give you details about my novel-in-progress the next time I'm on. YAY!!

"Apparently they call themselves human. Strange name. They pronounce it as Hue-man. Hu may mean huge or something but we don't get it, they're tiny!! The ones we observed were complelety naked apart from these ridiculous puffy white things about their waists and either blue or pink footwear. One would give an awful squalling call and the rest would follow! They were all in these cages, placed in orderly rows. It was some kind of wierd hierarchy. We beamed in on these "things" in a large white building. Lord knows how they created it, they're like squirming maggots! It's safe to say that the planet Earth contains no intelligent life, Sir."

This is a poem I wrote for a competition. I hope you like it.

Beautiful Fire

I'm like an ant under a stone,
a leaf under compression,
a partical in a universal wind,
a void filled with rejection.

In a hole with transparent stone walls,
anger echoes all around me.
Your words pierce my heart,
flaws I can not find compassion for.

Your blunt hands are my trauma,
your blunt words are my life.
These blunt feelings,
my disability ina social realm.

Yet I have a beautiful fire,
it longs to venture out.
It's suppression is untamed,
and a loophole in my essence,
begs to bring onslaught on your hostility.

Somehow I know it's too late.
